In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of commercial, industrial, energy, utility, and community projects throughout the Midwest, working alongside a talented team of engineers to bring projects from concept to completion.We're seeking someone with strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You'll play a hands-on role in the design process while also leading project teams—delegating work, providing technical guidance, and helping engineers successfully deliver high-quality results. From developing innovative solutions to overseeing project execution, you'll help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and with excellence at every stage.
