Over six months, participants take part in a hands-on curriculum focused on professional development, business acumen, and project delivery through case studies, simulations, and interactive exercises.The program explores topics such as project economics, client communication, and leadership fundamentals, while providing opportunities to build relationships across the industry. Blueprint concludes with an in-person capstone event where participants present their work, reflect on key learnings, and set goals for the year ahead.
