Job Title - Training Manager Location - Eco House Experience - 9-18yrs Roles and Responsibilities Able to Plan and execute Training calendar for Service engineers. Able to plan licensing training programmes for Dealer service engineers. Able to coordinate with Internal trainers for conducting training programmes. Able to develop set of trainers. Able to conduct chargeable trainings at region and Head office. Able to make contracts with external set of trainers. Able to lead and dedicatedly work for learning and development of Service team related to technical and behavioral trainings. Able to monitor and plan for licensing programmed.
