Job Title - Installation & Commissioning Engineer Location - West 1 Years of Experience - 10+ years Roles and responsibility Installation, Commissioning, and Demonstration Ensure timely installation and commissioning of heating products and heating service solutions, adhering to technical specifications and safety standards. Demonstrate fuel‐savings benefits to customers by showcasing optimized operational parameters and best practices. Single‐Point Of Contact Serve as the primary interface for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service activities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Cultivate strong relationships to secure positive reference letters and foster long‐term trust. Complaint Management and Technical Troubleshooting Handle customer complaints by diagnosing technical issues, conducting failure analysis, and resolving operational problems within defined timelines. Coordinate with field service teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrences. Warranty and Proactive Site Visits Conduct warranty‐period and proactive service visits to customer sites, performing inspections and preventive checks to avert breakdowns. Provide on‐site guidance for operational best practices and early detection of potential failures. Service Reporting and Preventive Maintenance Planning Submit regular service reports and action plans to customers, outlining findings from site visits and recommending preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with customers to develop and refine preventive maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime. Performance Validation and Data Generation Execute product validation and efficiency trials, collecting field data from installed assets to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Analyze collected data to generate actionable insights for service enhancements and product development feedback. Licensing and Installation & Commissioning (I&C) Audits Oversee the licensing program for Third‐Party Certification Agencies (TCA) related to heating and service products. Conduct Installation & Commissioning audits of TCA installations to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, aiming to reduce free‐of‐charge (FOC) interventions due to I&C errors. Service Program Execution and Branded Offerings Manage enquiries and execution of branded service programs such as Reliability and Lifecycle Assessment (RLA), Health Checkup, Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) solutions, and “I Serve” initiatives. Ensure all service jobs are executed per branding guidelines and deliverables meet customer expectations. Management Information System (MIS) and KPI Tracking Maintain accurate trackers and submit timely MIS reports, monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate service efficiency and adherence to targets. Use MIS data to identify trends, support decision‐making, and continuously improve regional service operations.
