NPIS Sorter - Selbyville, DE

Primary Purpose

Monitor machines that are responsible for automatically measuring, sorting, and/or inspecting product. Weigh product to verify quantity and quality.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor product attributes to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds required levels.
• Observe equipment operation and notify the appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Ability to follow all USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP policies and guidelines.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in poultry manufacturing processing and equipment preferred.
• Must complete NPIS Sorter training which includes modules and a final assessment.
