Fleet Manager

Responsibility To manage the company’s operations and ensure that all business objectives are achieved in accordance with established plans. Provide accurate and timely information on business results; Implement decisions regarding business expansion (e.g., changes in driver demand, registration of new trucks); Review, revise as necessary, and effectively implement operational procedures and standards; Ensure strict adherence to established procedures; Maintain good relationships within the company and with partners; Effectively manage the company’s costs, continuously seek ways to reduce them, and implement strategies to do so; Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and implement them. Requirements English – C1 level; Russian – a plus, it is not necessary; Bachelor’s degree; At least 5 years of experience in managing a transportation company – required (experience as a transportation manager); Knowledge of the specifics of registering new trucks, fleet management, and the particularities of truck operations in European Union countries (Italy, France, Germany, UK); Is knowledgeable about the specifics of driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and administration, as well as the relevant legal requirements; Is able to analyze needs and develop strategies based on market trends; Has a strong character, is self-reliant, and is open to new ideas; Has experience working in a multicultural environment; Possesses strong analytical skills, excels at problem-solving, and pays attention to detail; Is results-oriented, motivated to succeed, and has a proactive and dynamic approach; Has good communication and presentation skills; Is demanding, has a strong sense of completeness, and expects the same from others.
