Producing high-purity salt for use as both an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) and pharmaceutical excipient, Medi-Salt is setting new standards in quality, compliance and innovation.CE engineering opportunityWe are recruiting for a Control Electrical Manager to lead the CE team at our Middlewich site and support the CE agenda across the wider business. You will play a crucial role in leading governance and expertise across a full range of Electrical and Control Systems and equipment ensuring continuous improvement, adherence to and development of all CE policies, standards and <procedures.You> will take the lead in driving operational excellence across the CE Team. You’ll work closely with planners and stakeholders to ensure CE maintenance activities are planned, resourced, and executed safely and efficiently. Through strong coaching and hands-on leadership, you’ll support the CE team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
