Group Company: Suzlon Energy Limited Designation: Lead - State Program Management Office Location: Position description: Description Primary Responsibilities: Lead and govern state‑level OMS program management to ensure effective execution of operational initiatives across wind sites. Plan, track, and monitor OMS programs, milestones, and deliverables aligned to business, customer, and reliability objectives. Coordinate with engineering, operations, monitoring center, SCM, quality, and support functions for integrated program execution. Track program performance against KPIs such as machine availability, MTTR, MTBF, safety, and customer commitments. Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in OMS programs and drive timely mitigation and corrective actions. Ensure standardization and adherence to OMS processes, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms across the State. Prepare consolidated program dashboards, MIS, and review inputs for State and Regional OMS leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best‑practice implementation across OMS programs and sites. Support customer commitments, audits, and reviews by providing accurate program status and performance updates. Build program management capability within state and site teams through guidance, reviews, and structured follow‑up.
