Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, drill, grind, and assemble metal components to specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drill presses, shears, and other shop machinery.
• Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding as needed (depending on experience and job requirements).
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with additional shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a

Fabricator

• or in a similar manufacturing or metal fabrication role preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
• Experience operating fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
