Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Quality Inspector

to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow inspection procedures, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and finished products.
• Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and tolerances.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality management standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications is preferred.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
