The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, customer-focused, and capable of leading both seasonal and full-time teams in a demanding service environment.

The organization supports country clubs, municipalities, government facilities, and commercial aquatic operations, with oversight responsibilities spanning approximately 30–50 aquatic facilities and a seasonal workforce of roughly 500 employees.

  • ● Coordinate closely with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency and free senior leadership to focus on growth initiatives.
  • ● Maintain availability during peak seasonal periods and support high-volume operational demands.
  • ● Help drive accountability, performance standards, and team culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • ● Strong operational leadership experience within commercial aquatics, facilities management, recreation, or related service industries.
