Job Title- Project Manager - AI Location: Walnut creek, CA (Onsite) Experience level: 10+ years Roles and Responsibilities · Gather, organize, and consolidate status updates across multiple technology, AI, and innovation initiatives. · Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, reporting, and content creation. · Coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to collect and validate project information. · Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and summary materials. · Create and maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, status reports, meeting summaries, and other business artifacts. · Support leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive communications. · Identify trends, risks, dependencies, and key highlights for leadership visibility. · Coordinate project meetings, leadership reviews, and stakeholder discussions across strategic initiatives. Ideal Experience · 5+ years of program coordination, project management, PMO, business operations, consulting, or similar experience. · Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related business productivity tools. · Proven ability to create polished, executive-level presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation. · Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information across numerous concurrent initiatives. · Experience working with software development, technology, or digital transformation programs. · Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar platforms. · Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
