Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Analyze project financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. Prepare regular inputs for financial reports and presentations for regional and central organizations (Services Equipment) Budget Management and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and Implement cost control measures to minimize overruns and ensure cost efficiency. Work with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments as needed. Provide financial guidance to project managers to optimize project profitability. Risk Management: Identify financial risks associated with projects and develop risk mitigation strategies with relevant business stakeholders. Monitor project financial performance to proactively address potential issues, opportunities, and deviations. Assess the financial impact of project delays or scope changes. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that project financial data is accurately recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate project audits. Maintain documentation to support financial transactions and project financial records. Project Performance Analysis: Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks. Provide insights and recommendations to improve project profitability and efficiency. Assist in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.
