About The Role
Prepare and verify all import documentation prior to shipment arrival, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, HS Code references, shipping documents, and supporting import documents. Coordinate with customers and related stakeholders to identify whether imported goods fall under Lartas (restricted/prohibited goods) or Non-Lartas categories. Support import activities in the proper execution of logistics services in AMEA, including shipment scheduling and transportation organization, in line with customer service levels and required delivery dates. Optimize shipment scheduling according to customer needs. Ensure the quality of operations and logistics flows Ensure compliance with import and export control regulations and monitor potential regulatory developments. Collect proof of delivery in accordance with the applicable Incoterms and FCA export proofs to mitigate VAT risks. Monitor and assess transport service performance, including issue identification and resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics performance.
