Scouting & Localization Manager

Lead and monitor localization project for the region in line with global category strategies Monitor total cost of equipment, develop and implement short/long term improve plan Identify and qualify new suppliers, prioritizing these in best-cost countries to achieve strategic cost advantages Conduct supplier capability assessments, including technical, financial and operational evaluations Partner with the Sourcing groups, Supplier quality other cross functional teams Negotiate and establish long-term agreements with the new suppliers, ensuring competitive TCO and favorable terms Define global benefit targets and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs on a best cost suppliers development roadmap Ensure compliance with the sourcing processes Enter relevant sourcing data in SAP for new product codes and pricelist updates
