Lead Project Manager Proposals

Drive day to day operations for all Sidel portfolio from business opportunity identification to contract signature/kick off meeting. Responsible to negotiate (together with Sales) the most suitable technical solution for the Customer, which maximises margin for Sidel. Manage the assigned Team of project proposal managers to accomplish the functional mission, developing their competence and qualification. Ensure projects technical quotation level with commercial team, projects profitability and customer satisfaction
