Position Overview

• We are seeking
• experienced, full-cycle Sales Closers
• who can take ownership of the entire sales process—from inspection to signed contract—in the residential roofing space.

What You’ll Do

Run

• pre-set and self-generated appointments
• with homeowners

Conduct

roof inspections and identify storm or wear-related damage

Educate clients on

• Roofing systems and materials
• Insurance claim process (when applicable)
• Present tailored solutions and
• close contracts on the spot

Manage the

full sales cycle

• Inspection → Estimate → Presentation → Close
• Build strong relationships through
• trust, transparency, and professionalism
• Maintain pipeline activity and
• consistently hit production targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (REQUIRED)
• Strong ability to
• close high-ticket deals ($10K–$30K+)

Knowledge of

• insurance claims process (preferred)
• Excellent communication, objection handling, and
• closing skills
