Solar Sales Representatives

• , helping homeowners and small businesses access clean, affordable energy through community solar and rooftop solutions.

• we provide paid training, tools, and a proven system to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and small businesses across your local territory
• Educate customers on the
• financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Explain community solar and rooftop solar options in a simple, clear way
• Convert prospects into subscribers and customers
• Track activity and work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
• This is a
• customer-facing, outside sales role
• focused on building relationships and helping people save on energy costs.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings: $65,000 – $120,000+
• W2 position with base draw during training + uncapped commission
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
