About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, pack, and label outbound shipments in accordance with shipping instructions and carrier requirements.
  • Assist with entering standard domestic and international shipments.
  • Verify shipment contents against packing lists, sales orders, and bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Assist with staging and loading shipments for carrier pickup.
  • Ensure accurate selection of serial and lot numbers via both physical and digital methods while kitting.
  • Assist with basic digital and physical parts organization via bin for both inventory and stockroom.
  • Assist with scanning in and saving proper documents for shipping.
  • Responsible for quickly escalating any issues or discrepancies to ensure processes are followed.
  • Assist with physical inventory count and maintenance per company procedures.
  • Ensure shipping areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records in the ERP or inventory system.
  • Support inventory requests and delivery of parts on the floor via form.
  • Responsible for following the company’s safety and ESD regulations at all times.
  • Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guidelines.
  • Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • High accuracy with part number selection and physical kitting.
  • High attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy on a daily basis.
  • Very comfortable using computers and working in an ERP system.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, prints, safety rules, and work instructions.
  • Basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a shipping, receiving, stockroom, or warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience working under ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems for basic data entry and tracking.
  • Basic understanding of shipping documentation such as packing lists or bills of lading.
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions and maintain organized workspaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
