With a significant number of engineering squads operating across regions, we are looking for a Senior TPM who thrives in complex engineering environments and can bring clarity, structure, and predictability to cross-team programme delivery.This is a high-ownership role with significant leadership and executive stakeholder <visibility.You> will own the full programme lifecycle, from navigating ambiguous business problems through to defining requirements, establishing programme governance, shaping solution design, and driving execution through to production, for complex, cross-functional technical programmes, taking end-to-end responsibility for delivery quality, timelines and alignment with business objectives. This hands-on role combines technical acumen, programme ownership and executive stakeholder accountability.This role sits within the Central Programme Delivery team, reporting directly to the Delivery Director as part of the broader Technology organisation.
