Job Title: Cytopathologist

Setting: Private Pathology Group (Partnership Track)

Details / Work Schedule and Environment

• -Standard five-day workweek
• -Work/Life Balance: 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional extension to 6 PM
• -No weekends

• -No grossing and no autopsies
• -16 Pathologists currently
• -26 years as a private group
• -Open to junior Pathologists

Responsibilities, duties and location of the Cytopathology position

• -Share the full scope of general Cytopathology responsibilities and effectively communicate with clinicians and staff.
• -The successful candidates will join the other experienced general and subspecialized pathologists.
• -Presenting at tumor boards and occasionally teaching staff or residents.
• -Serving as CLIA director for clinical laboratories.
• -Participating in on-call rotation shared among surgical pathologists.
