Position Overview The Sr. Executive – US Individual Tax is responsible for preparing accurate and timely U.S. individual tax returns, including federal, state, and foreign compliance forms. The role requires strong technical knowledge of tax forms, schedules, and source documents, along with attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Tax Return Preparation: Prepare U.S. individual tax returns (Forms 1040, 1040NR) for clients. Prepare FBAR (Form 114) and FATCA (Form 8938) filings. Handle foreign compliance forms such as Forms 5471, 5472, and 2555. Prepare resident and non-resident state tax returns. Review source documents and ensure accurate data entry. Apply knowledge of all schedules and output forms for complete compliance. Perform self-review of tax returns before submission. Submit tax returns and maintain timely communication with clients and tax authorities. Ensure adherence to U.S. tax laws and regulatory requirements. Ability to convey ideas and information to team members. Organized with an ability to multi-task and can manage time appropriately. Strong technical and interpersonal skills . Proficient in Excel and Word (Microsoft 365 suite). Proficient in any 2 US Tax Software (CCH, Drake, Pro series, Ultra tax, Pro-connect, Geosystems RS, SurePrep Binder) Shift Timings 03:30 PM IST – 00:30 AM IST (Indian Summers) 04:30 PM IST – 01:30 AM IST (Indian Winters)
