The Structural Manager is to lead the Structural discipline by setting clear technical direction, ensuring strong governance, and overseeing all structural deliverables so they meet required standards of safety, code compliance, quality, and cost efficiency. The role owns the development and continual improvement of structural design processes, drives accuracy and consistency across the team. The Structural Manager ensures effective integration with other engineering <functions.You>’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
