Domestic Core Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs across various modules and industry sectors. Own P&L, resource forecasting, budget control, and margin optimization for assigned portfolios. Lead strategic client engagements, steering committees, and executive-level stakeholder communications. Drive pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and pitch presentations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, risk mitigation frameworks, and delivery governance models. Lead local steering committees and handle escalation management in the native business language/culture. Domestic Experience & Skills 15+ years of total IT experience with at least 8+ years focused specifically on SAP delivery management. Proven track record of managing multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, agile practices, and DevOps in SAP. Expertise in managing 100% onshore or near-site project teams with high cultural alignment. Ability to structure agile, cost-effective delivery models suited for domestic client budgets.
