Job Position Title: IN_Director_Data Governance_D&A_Advisory_Kolkata Responsibilities: Role Summary Lead Data & Analytics consulting engagements, drive business growth, shape data strategy, and oversee large-scale cloud, AI, and analytics transformation programs for global clients. Responsible for executive stakeholder management, solution leadership, delivery governance, and practice development. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements and C-level relationships. Drive data strategy, operating model, and analytics roadmap initiatives. Architect modern data platforms using modern tools and technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric etc Oversee Data Engineering, Data Governance, MDM, BI, AI/GenAI, and Advanced Analytics programs. Manage large, cross-functional delivery teams and transformation portfolios. Support sales, solutioning, proposals, and account growth. Mentor senior talent and contribute to capability building and thought leadership. Required Skills Data Strategy & Architecture Data Warehousing & Data Modeling Cloud Data Platforms Data Governance & Quality AI / GenAI & Advanced Analytics Stakeholder & Program Management Presales & Practice Development SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric Relevant Cloud/Data/AI certifications desirable. Preferred Profile 15+ years in Data & Analytics consulting. Proven experience leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs. Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and team leadership. Excellent executive communication and client management skills.
