IN_Senior Associate_SAP ABAP_AI in Delievery_Advisory_Gurugram

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs and OData services using SAP Gateway. Develop and expose SAP business logic and data through OData RESTful services. Work collaboratively with SAP Fiori/UI5 front-end developers to enable smooth integration. Enhance existing ABAP programs and optimize performance. Create and maintain CDS Views to support OData services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP and OData services. Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design. Follow SAP development standards and best practices. Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end testing of OData services. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer as needed. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and OData standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience of [X]+ years in SAP ABAP development. Strong experience in developing OData services using SAP Gateway / SAP NetWeaver Gateway. Hands-on experience with CDS Views and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures). Good understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 architecture and integration with OData services. Familiarity with RESTful protocols, JSON, XML, and HTTP methods. Experience with SAP development tools including SE80, SEGW (Gateway Service Builder), and Eclipse with ABAP Development Tools (ADT). Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, or others is a plus. Solid debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
