Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a skilled DBT Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable ELT data transformation frameworks using dbt Core/Cloud . The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data modeling expertise, with hands-on experience in modern cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake . Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_ DBT+Snowfkae _D&A_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain modular, reusable, and scalable dbt models. Build ELT pipelines and transformation layers aligned with business and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain data quality frameworks using dbt tests, validations, and reconciliation processes. Implement incremental loading, snapshots, macros, and source-to-target transformations. Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize query performance and transformation workflows for scalability and efficiency. Support CI/CD implementation, code reviews, release management, and production deployments. Troubleshoot pipeline failures, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support. Mandatory skill sets: Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Core/Cloud) . Advanced SQL and data modeling (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling). Experience with data warehousing concepts and ELT processes. Knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD practices. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred skill sets: Hands-on experience with Snowflake Exposure to Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, or performance optimization. Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, ADF, Control-M, or similar. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
