Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Azure Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure AI Services, and Python development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure AI technologies. This role requires a strong blend of AI engineering, software development, cloud architecture, and application integration capabilities to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Manager_ Azure Agentic AI _D&A_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: AI Solution Development Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services. Build intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate complex business workflows. Develop advanced GenAI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models. RAG & Knowledge Systems Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Build enterprise knowledge retrieval systems using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities. Optimize prompt engineering, model grounding, and retrieval performance for enterprise use cases. Application Development & Integration Develop backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Python. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications. Build scalable and secure REST APIs for AI-powered applications and services. Agent Frameworks & Orchestration Implement orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft Agent Framework. Develop agent workflows utilizing tools, memory, planning, and reasoning capabilities. Work with emerging agent communication protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent). Azure Deployment & Operations Deploy and manage AI applications using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AI Foundry. Establish secure, scalable, and production-ready CI/CD pipelines for AI applications. Monitor AI systems, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and governance compliance. Mandatory skill sets: Skill Area Expected Capability Generative AI & Agentic AI Strong experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures. Hands-on expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks. Experience building production-grade AI applications and AI agents. Programming & Development Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and enterprise application development. Experience building REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks. Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and cloud-native architectures. AI Frameworks & Platforms LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Search, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, and other vector databases or orchestration tools. Preferred skill sets: Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments. Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance frameworks. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure AI Foundry, or related cloud certifications are a plus.
