Job Description & Summary: In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall deployment process. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud services, configuring and monitoring infrastructure, and implementing automation tools to support our software development lifecycle. Job Position Title: In_Senior Associate_JAVA Tech Lead_App_Tech_Bhubneshwar Responsibilities: 1. Strong hands-on in Java (Streams, Lambdas, Parallel processing) 2. Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate 3. Experience with rule engines for workflow implementation 4. Hands-on with: Docker, Elasticsearch, Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ), RDBMS 5. Proficient in Swagger, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Exposure to NoSQL Mandatory skill sets: 1. Lead design and development of Java-based enterprise applications 2. Drive architecture using Spring Boot & Microservices 3. Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems 4. Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards & best practices 5. Manage troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization 6. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery for finance teams to enable adoption of digital financial systems Preferred skill sets: 5+ Years of experience in Leading and delivery of Large Implementation Projects|| Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate Experience with Docker, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, RDBMS, Jenkins, Maven, Git Years of experience required: 4years-8yeras Education qualification: MCA /B.E./ B. Tech. in Computer Science or IT from reputed institute
