This role demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Responsibilities: s a Service Delivery Manager in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities: • Provide leadership and guidance whilst managing the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team. • Manage the service catalogue, ensuring it reflects current services and capabilities. • Manage service delivery meets agreed-upon service levels and client expectations. • Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures. • Manage service delivery performance and drive improvements. • Manage service delivery budgets and resources. • Drive and facilitate knowledge sharing across the service delivery team Mandatory skill sets: As a Service Delivery Manager you will have the following knowledge and skills: • Demonstrated experience in IT Service Delivery and maintaining a Service Catalogue. • ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred. • An experienced technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice, influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions. • Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement. • Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members to deliver results. • Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritisation of work. • Ability to successfully collaborate across several teams to drive results.
