Schedule

Monday–Friday

Hours

  • Flexible, up to 25 hours per week
  • No weekends required

Location

  • On-site in Albuquerque, NM (no telehealth or remote option)
  • Scheduling flexibility is available to support student engagement and program needs, including occasional presence during afternoon or early evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

The clinician will provide comprehensive on-site mental health services to enrolled students while maintaining an active presence throughout the residential campus.

Responsibilities include

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
  • Delivering individual and group counseling services
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Engaging with students in residential and common areas (dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, counseling spaces)
  • Collaborating with program leadership, medical providers, and interdisciplinary staff
  • Providing consultation, guidance, and support to staff regarding student behavioral health needs
  • Supporting student development, emotional well-being, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution as needed
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
  • Upholding all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Licensure

Candidates must hold an active New Mexico license as one of the following

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
