Strategy Manager

Role: Strategy Manager – Engage Protect Business Partner Department: CSTO Reports to: Chief Strategy Transformation Officer Mission Drive strategic and transformation initiatives including long-term strategy definition, market expansion and synergy development, while tracking impact and reporting progress. Key Responsibilities Define and drive mid- to long-term strategy. Lead strategic analyses to improve positioning. Deliver transformation initiatives aligned with company objectives. Track progress and report to executive leadership. Manage stakeholders and drive alignment. Support change management and transformation adoption. Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in strategy or transformation. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects.
