Consumer Trust and Enablement Associate

Responsibilities •Monitoring and researching global SMS regulations, carrier requirements, and market-specific compliance standards. •Reviewing and analyzing customer SMS use cases and message content to ensure adherence to TeleSign and country-specific requirements. •Managing SenderID testing, troubleshooting, whitelisting, procurement, and launch activities across global markets; •Collaborating with carriers and partners, Client Services, Sales, Product, Program Management, and Technical teams, as well as engaging directly with clients to support compliance and delivery objectives. •Developing, documenting, and improving processes, technical requirements, tools, and knowledge resources related to global SMS operations.
