Job Summary

As a check-in staff member, you will be the first person teams see as they enter the venue. You will be responsible for welcoming teams, and checking them in. You will receive a complimentary staff shirt to wear during the event.

Work Hours

Saturday 2/21 - 6:30am-8:30pm; Sunday 2/22 - 6:30am-6:00pm

Pay Rate

You will be paid $18/hour for this position. A $10 meal stipend will be added for up to 4 meals ($40) or meals may be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Check in teams at the event.
• Mark them as checked-in on a spreadsheet and distribute wristbands to players and coaches.
• Assist with the needs of the event director.

Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written.)

Organization

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail

Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

Technical Requirements

Must have a fully charged laptop and charger, with experience in Google Sheets and Docs.

Age Requirement

Must be at least 18 years of age.
