Job Summary

As a check-in staff member, you will be the first person teams see as they enter the venue. You will be responsible for welcoming spectators, scanning tickets, distributing event wristbands, and checking wristbands of spectators at the entry point. You will receive a complimentary staff shirt to wear during the event.

Work Hours

• Friday March 27th - 5:30pm-10:00pm
• Saturday March 28th - 6:30am-10:00pm
• Sunday March 29th - 6:30am-10:00pm
• Pay Rate: You will be paid $15/hour for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet spectators as they arrive and during the event.
• Scan spectator QR codes and distribute wristbands.
• Monitor returning spectators by verifying valid event wristbands at re-entry points.
• Assist with the needs of the event director.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written.)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

Age Requirement

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirement

• Must be able to stand for up to an hour at a time during your shift.
• Staff members must have a smart phone.
