Associate Technical Consultant (Freshers)

• As an Associate Technical Consultant at Plat4mation, you will join a supportive and energetic team, working on real-world
• projects for large national and international organizations across the financial, energy, telecom, manufacturing, and high
• tech industries. You will be guided, coached, and developed every step of the way.

What You Will Do

You will work on project-based engagements under the guidance of experienced consultants, with a focus on learning

and contributing to customer value. Your day-to-day will include

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for our customers
• Assisting in the design and development of platform applications that automate business processes
• Building solutions by following Plat4mation's best practices and quality standards
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
• Participating in structured training programs, certifications, and on-the-job coaching to build your expertise

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communications
• Minimum 65% aggregate score or equivalent CGPA throughout your academic career, with no standing arrears
• Graduating batch: 2025 or 2026

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language — JavaScript, Python, Shell, or Perl
• Awareness of web services (REST, SOAP) and data formats (XML, JSON) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
• Awareness of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies
• Any exposure to ServiceNow is a plus, but not required
• Awareness of AI tools and their practical applications is an advantage
• Good documentation and technical writing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Result-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High sense of integrity and professional accountability

• Flexibility to work in shifts as required by project schedules or operational needs
• Readiness to be available on-call when projects or operations demand it
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment
