Project Manager - Housing Systems

The Project Manager, Housing Systems will oversee the coordination, implementation, and performance management of housing programs across the Continuum of Care (CoC) and HUD-funded initiatives, including: HUD Permanent Supportive Housing, HUD Rapid Re-Housing, all CoC Permanent Supportive Housing and all CoC Rapid Rehousing.This role ensures programs operate effectively, adhere to HUD/CoC requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, CoC leadership, partner agencies, HMIS/data partners, and funders to improve system coordination and performance.
