Medical Assistant Full-Time | $17–$19/hr | Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm Location: Little Rock, AR 72211 About Advanced Spine and Pain Centers (ASPC) At Advanced Spine and Pain Centers, we are dedicated to relieving pain and restoring quality of life through innovative, patient-centered care. As a Medical Assistant on our team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both patients and providers in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. The Opportunity In this role, you’ll provide both clinical and administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. You’ll work closely with providers and patients to support smooth daily operations, maintain efficient workflows, and contribute to positive patient outcomes through attentive, compassionate care. What You’ll Do Patient Care & Clinical Support Obtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results Prepare treatment and exam rooms for clinical examinations Assist practitioners with medical procedures and patient care Administer medications under physician supervision Assist with patient transfers pre- and post-procedure Deliver compassionate support to patients and families Administrative & Front Office Support Receive and direct phone calls Schedule appointments and check in patients Collect and update patient information, ensuring all forms and consents are completed Operations & Inventory Prepare equipment and clean instruments Manage inventory of medical supplies and stock exam rooms appropriately Compliance & Quality Maintain strict patient confidentiality Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA Complete all required annual training by assigned deadlines You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Are highly organized and detail-oriented Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members Can balance clinical and administrative responsibilities with ease Take pride in delivering compassionate, high-quality care Work well both independently and as part of a team Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification preferred At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of clerical procedures, recordkeeping, and filing systems Ability to work independently Knowledge of medical terminology, spelling, and office ethics Understanding of patient confidentiality requirements Benefits We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Company-Paid Life & AD&D Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Insurance Bonusly Employee Recognition & Rewards DailyPay - Access Your Pay When You Need It Ready to Make a Difference?
