- One Behavioral is a leading outpatient behavioral health clinic in Texas, committed to delivering top-quality mental health and behavioral therapy services. We are launching a
- new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program
- in our
Friendswood, TX
location and are looking for a passionate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to lead this initiative.
Job Summary
- The BCBA will play a
- key role in developing and implementing our ABA program
- for individuals diagnosed with
- autism and other behavioral disorders
- . This position is responsible for supervising
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
, creating individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized
- ABA treatment plans
- in an outpatient setting.
Conduct
- functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- and set measurable behavior goals.
Supervise
RBTs
- and ensure quality implementation of therapy sessions.
- Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and best practices.
Collaborate with
- psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals
- to provide holistic care.
Monitor
- patient progress
- and modify intervention strategies as needed.
Maintain
- compliance with BACB standards
- and Texas regulations.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- (Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field + BACB exam + supervised experience).
- Experience working with
- autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
- .
Knowledge of
- behavior intervention strategies
- in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Texas licensure (if required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- launching or leading
- an ABA program.
- Previous work in
- outpatient mental health clinics
