Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to lead this initiative.

Job Summary

  • The BCBA will play a
  • key role in developing and implementing our ABA program
  • for individuals diagnosed with
  • autism and other behavioral disorders
  • . This position is responsible for supervising

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

, creating individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized
  • ABA treatment plans
  • in an outpatient setting.

Conduct

  • functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • and set measurable behavior goals.

Supervise

RBTs

  • and ensure quality implementation of therapy sessions.
  • Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and best practices.

Collaborate with

  • psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals
  • to provide holistic care.

Monitor

  • patient progress
  • and modify intervention strategies as needed.

Maintain

  • compliance with BACB standards
  • and Texas regulations.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • (Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field + BACB exam + supervised experience).
  • Experience working with
  • autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
  • .

Knowledge of

  • behavior intervention strategies
  • in an outpatient or clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Texas licensure (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience
