We are looking for a Responsible Gaming Specialist to join our team and strengthen our player protection efforts. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of safeguarding our players’ wellbeing while combining empathy, analytical thinking, and compliance know-how to ensure gaming stays fun and safe. ++++Does This Sound Like You?++++ You are empathetic and confident in communicating in sensitive situations. You can analyze people behavior and spot patterns or risks with attention to detail. You are comfortable working with data, tools, and reports to support decision-making. You collaborate easily with different teams and can explain different topics clearly. You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Any background in Legal, AML, Responsible Gaming, EDD, or KYC will be considered a strong plus.
