About The Role
Inspector General Administrative Assistant About the Position : The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and character. The position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and investigative activities, supporting the documentation of investigations, maintaining accurate records and tracking systems, and serving as a primary point of contact for the Inspector General’s office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain extensive tracking log and other spreadsheets and databases. Create board reports, summaries, and charts that provide real-time data of investigations. Draft findings letters for completed investigations. Review Electronic Incident Reports (eIRs) from state-owned facilities and review Critical Incident Reports from private facilities. Arrange travel and interpreters, if necessary. Provide administrative support in development of training programs Document team meetings and track follow-up assignments, Ensure compliance with agency confidentiality policies and applicable federal and state privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA). Job Type/Salary: Application period: 08/12/26-08/19/26 Full-time Vacancies: 1 Annual Salary is $43,750.00 Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree; Two years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
