Overnight Pediatric Trach/Vent/G-Tube Home Care RN/LPN

NurseCore is seeking an overnight skilled nurse with recent hands-on experience in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care to provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old male patient in the comfort of his home, as all 3 skills are essential for this case. Pay : $1000 Sign-On Bonus! LPN: $27/hour RN: $40/hour Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Coverage is currently needed 7 nights a week. What You'll Do: Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration. Monitor the patient's condition and respond promptly to respiratory changes. Follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care while working independently. Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore clinical team. Complete accurate, timely documentation. What You'll Bring Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies , and ventilators . Active Nevada RN or LPN license. At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience. Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification. Negative TB test completed within the past year. #INDLV
