Technical Consultant - Cloud Services

Job Title – D365 L2 Consultant Location – Thane Experience – 2+ years Following is the JD for L2 Support MS Dynamic. Core Responsibilities Incident & Problem Management: Provide Level 2 support to resolve complex functional and technical issues in D365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain). Configuration & Customization: Maintain and update system configurations, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows. Power Platform Support: Support and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse. System Maintenance: Manage system updates, wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring minimal disruption. Integration & Data Management: Monitor data interfaces, integrations (e.g., with Azure, SharePoint), and troubleshoot data synchronization issues. Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to analyze requirements and implement changes. Documentation: Maintain knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and root cause analysis (RCA) documentation. Required Technical Skills Dynamics 365 Expertise: Strong functional and technical understanding of D365 CE (CRM) or F&SCM (ERP). Power Platform & Dataverse: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Technical Troubleshooting: Experience with debugging, analyzing logs, and SQL for data investigation. Integration Tools: Experience with Data Management Framework, API integrations, Telephony, IVR and middleware. ITSM Tools: Experience with ticketing systems like Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Zoho Desk or others. Analytics : Reports and Dashboard creation using Power BI, DAX and SQL. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in Application Support, specifically in MS Dynamics 365. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Certifications: Good to have Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200). Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
