Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

CAE NVH Engineer

with experience in finite element modeling, structural dynamics, vibration analysis, and acoustic simulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in

ANSA

,

Abaqus

, and

Nastran

and be capable of supporting vehicle and component-level NVH development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate FE models for NVH simulations using ANSA.
• Perform modal, frequency response, vibration, and durability-related analyses using Abaqus and Nastran.

Conduct NVH studies including

Modal Analysis

Frequency Response Analysis (FRF)

Transfer Path Analysis (TPA)

Acoustic and Vibration Analysis

Dynamic Stiffness Evaluation

• Correlate CAE results with test data and recommend design improvements.
• Analyze noise and vibration issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Work closely with design, testing, and product development teams.
• Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
• Support optimization activities to improve vehicle and component NVH performance.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in

ANSA

• for FE model building and meshing.
• Hands-on experience with

Abaqus

MSC Nastran

Harmonic Analysis
