Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance tracking.
• Define QA strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain
• automation test frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Playwright
• .
• Perform and oversee
• API testing
• using

Postman

• for manual testing.
• Implement automation for APIs using
• Python Request library
• .
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Review requirements, user stories, and technical designs for testability.
• Track, report, and drive closure of defects with engineering teams.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards relevant to fintech products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least
• 2+ years in a QA Lead / Team Lead role

• Strong hands-on experience with
• Python automation using Pytest and Playwright
• .

Experience in

• API testing using Postman
• for manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with

• Solid understanding of
