About the Role

• We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Tax Functional Consultant who are responsible
• for managing and supports global tax technology solutions using Vertex and Oracle Cloud
• Fusion Tax. They ensure indirect tax compliance, leads end-to-end implementations,
• troubleshoots critical issues, and works with business and vendor teams on tax integrations,
• including M&A support.

What You’ll Do

• Partners with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document

business processes within and across cross functional areas

• Works with Business Groups to define their global technology roadmaps.

Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams

• Strong technical and analytical skills on problem solving and suggest

solutions

• Experience with tax engine and integrations with other applications/Billing

platform.

• Participate in project throughout their lifecycle to ensure that the

• requirements are met – to include making tax rules configurations,
• reviewing test cases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment
• across teams.

• Working knowledge of indirect taxes.
• Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant

business stakeholders for complex Tax requirements.

• Develop as-is and to-be process flows to support the design and

development of solutions

• Conduct System Integration Testing, work collaboratively with team

members support business during UAT

• Leads troubleshooting efforts on critical issues with cross functional

teams through resolution

• Works with functional teams.

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have

• Having at least total 5+ years of working experience
• Strong knowledge of Vertex & Oracle Cloud Fusion Tax
• Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Finance (EBS) modules
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries is preferred, should be able to write basic

extracts
