Key Responsibilities

• Drive Agile adoption and ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices across teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint commitments and delivery goals.
• Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and ownership within the team.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to building a high-performing Agile culture.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and enterprise data management strategies.

• Enable Agile transformation by embedding Scrum best practices.
• Improve team collaboration, communication, and delivery predictability.
• Strengthen engagement between business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure successful sprint execution and achievement of release goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of adaptability, transparency, and accountability.

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience working on Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services projects.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, data management, and enterprise integration projects is highly desirable.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
