Product Development Engineer

• Qualification: Engineering Graduate/Science Graduate.
• Experience: 5+ years

Major Job Responsibilities

• ✓ Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping,
• testing, certification, to mass production.
• ✓ Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality,
• Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure timely development and launch of
• products.t.
• ✓ Identify market needs, customer requirements, and technology trends to define product
• roadmap.
• ✓ Manage technical specifications, documentation, and version control for all new
• products.
• ✓ Ensure products meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (CE, BIS,
• RoHS, etc.).
• ✓ Optimize product cost through design improvements, vendor development, and BOM
• cost reduction

Specific skills required

• ✓ Relevant experience on design & development of low ampere, low voltage, compact
• AC/DC power adapters.

• Core Competencies required:

• ✓ Strong understanding of power supply electronics, circuit design, electronics hardware,
• embedded systems and mechanical design.
• ✓ Strong expertise in power adaptor design and development, power supply design and
• development.
• ✓ Knowledge of power components: MOSFETs, PWM controllers, rectifiers, transformers,
• magnetics, thermals.
• ✓ Understanding of testing standards: EMI/EMC, environmental, safety, reliability, CE/BIS.
