Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior L2 Support Engineer

with strong expertise in

HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

  • and hands-on experience in
  • Python, .NET, and SQL
  • . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

  • L2 application support
  • for HFM systems ensuring uptime and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
  • technical and functional issues
  • within SLA timelines

Perform

  • root cause analysis (RCA)
  • and implement preventive measures
  • Develop automation scripts using
  • Python / .NET
  • to improve efficiency
  • Write and optimize
  • SQL queries
  • for data validation and issue resolution

Coordinate with

  • L1 support, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Monitor application performance and proactively address risks

Support

  • financial closing cycles (month-end/year-end)
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
  • Ensure adherence to
  • SLA, compliance, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in

Application/Production Support

Strong expertise in

HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

  • Hands-on experience in
  • Python, .NET, and SQL

Experience with

  • incident management tools
  • (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)

Understanding of

  • financial systems and reporting workflows
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in
  • rotational shifts (7 AM – 11 PM IST)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

Experience with

Oracle Hyperion suite

Exposure to

automation in support environments

Knowledge of

  • financial consolidation and reporting systems
