Role Overview

AAFT Online is looking for a dynamic Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Executive who can guide prospective students and convert them into paid enrollments for creative courses.

Key Responsibilities

• -Counsel students on career opportunities in creative fields
• -Explain course features, curriculum, and benefits
• -Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments
• -Consistently follow up with interested candidates
• -Achieve monthly sales targets
• -Maintain lead data and updates in CRM

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1 year in the Ed-Tech industry with Strong communication skills

Goregaon East

Compensation

Fixed salary up to ₹6.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours

11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
